Cancellation & Refund Policy

Principle

Cancellation terms follow the resort’s conditions for the offer you booked and are stated in writing on your quote before you commit.

Deposits

Deposits are refundable only where the resort’s terms allow; the quote says which.

Changes

Date and villa changes are subject to availability and the resort’s amendment terms.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back the way you paid: to your card through Stripe, or to the bank account you paid from. We pass on every refund the resort returns to us. Card refunds usually reach you within a few working days of being issued, depending on your bank.
