How you pay, and what we never see

1 · Written quote

Every price, inclusion and condition in writing, with a quote expiry date.

2 · Stripe payment link or bank transfer

You pay on a page hosted by Stripe, which is certified to the PCI-DSS standard and may ask you to confirm with 3-D Secure. Card data never touches Axis systems or staff. Or you pay by bank transfer to the account named on your quote.

3 · Receipt & invoice

Issued by Axis Link LLC-FZ; the card descriptor matches the brand name.

Deposit, balance, refund

• Deposit on quote acceptance; balance 60 days before travel unless the quote states otherwise.
• Refunds follow the resort’s terms for the offer booked, stated on the quote before you commit.
• We never ask you to pay into any other account, and we never change our bank details by message. If you receive such a message, call us on the number on this website.
• A review-and-confirm step precedes every payment: you see the amount, currency, what it covers and the terms before the link opens.

Card payments are processed by Stripe, which holds the PCI-DSS certification. Axis does not claim that certification itself.
