Who we are

Axis Link LLC-FZ (“Axis Journeys”) is a company registered at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Al Meydan Rd, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade Licence 2423494.01), with travel services among its registered activities. We arrange stays at Maldives resorts, resort transfers and experiences.

Our role

We act as agent for the resort or operator that supplies your stay, which is provided under that resort’s own terms. We do not sell flights. We can advise on flights and arrival times, and you book your flights yourself. Every quote names the supplier of each service in it.

Quotes and bookings

Prices on this website are indicative. A booking exists only once you accept a written quote and we confirm that we have received your deposit. Your quote states the price and currency, what is included, the cancellation terms and how long the rate is held.

Payment

You can pay by Stripe payment link or by bank transfer. A Stripe link opens a payment page hosted by Stripe, where you pay by card or wallet. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. For a bank transfer, our bank details appear on your quote with a reference to quote. Please cover any bank charges on your side so that we receive the full amount. A deposit counts once it reaches our account or Stripe confirms the payment. Balances are due 60 days before travel unless the quote says otherwise. We send vouchers and confirmations after your deposit is received.

Changes and cancellation

Date and villa changes depend on availability and on the resort’s change terms, which your quote states. Cancellation terms follow the resort’s conditions for the offer you booked. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

If the resort cannot provide your stay

If a resort closes, cannot provide the stay, or events outside anyone’s control prevent travel, we will tell you promptly and offer what the resort offers: other dates, another stay or a refund of what the resort returns to us. We pass on every refund we receive.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations and travel insurance. We strongly recommend insurance covering cancellation, medical care and repatriation. We tell you the entry requirements we know of on your quote. They can change, so please also check official sources before you travel.

Our responsibility

We take reasonable care and skill in arranging your trip. The resort is responsible for the stay it provides. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Complaints

Tell us as soon as something goes wrong, on WhatsApp or at hello@axisjourneys.com, so that we and the resort can put it right while you are there. We reply to written complaints promptly.

Your legal rights

These terms do not take away rights that the law gives you as a consumer where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE.
