Buffet restaurants are assigned by villa type, so the villa you book decides where you eat breakfast. The seaplane takes 20 minutes on a fixed schedule; the alternative is a 75 to 90 minute speedboat. For snorkelling straight from the deck, choose the Water Bungalow with Pool or the Water Villa with Pool, which sit over or beside the house reef.
Couples who want a small, quiet island with few other guests should look at Baros Maldives instead.
