Who it suits, and who it doesn’t.
There are only two room types, both 38 sqm, and the choice is simply beach and garden view or ocean view. All meals are taken at one buffet restaurant with set sitting times. Drinks stop at midnight, and diving, motorised sports and most excursions are charged. The official site lists no swimming pool.
Anyone who wants a villa, a pool, several restaurants or a quiet, grown-up island. Families who want a kids' club and a pool should look at Adaaran Select Hudhuranfushi; couples after peace and a close house reef should look at Baros Maldives.
Getting there
